To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, you must:
- Request the refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
- Have completed no more than 30% of the course content
- Not have downloaded course materials extensively
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Submit your refund request through our official channels
Courses Not Eligible for Refund
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed courses (where you have accessed more than 30% of content)
- Individual masterclass sessions after they have been conducted
- Courses purchased at a special promotional discount of 50% or more
- Bundled course packages after 14 days from purchase
- Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
- Certification fees
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Wait for confirmation from our team (typically within 2 business days)
Please note that refund requests made through any other channel may not be processed.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Cancellation Policy
Self-Paced Online Courses
For self-paced online courses, you may cancel your enrollment and request a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, subject to the eligibility requirements.
Live Classes and Masterclasses
For live classes and masterclasses:
- More than 7 days before class: Full refund minus $25 administrative fee
- 3-7 days before class: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before class: No refund, but you may transfer to another session subject to availability
- After class has started: No refund or transfer available
Subscription Plans
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your renewal date
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing course content:
- Contact our technical support team immediately at welcome@designcommodityi.world
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the technical issue, you will be eligible for a full refund
- Technical issues do not extend the 30-day refund window
Course Changes and Cancellations by Us
If we cancel or significantly modify a course you have purchased:
- You will be notified as soon as possible
- You will receive a full refund automatically
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to a similar course
- You may also receive a credit for future courses
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:
- If you have completed between 30-50% of a course
- For bundled packages where you wish to return only some courses
- At our discretion for exceptional circumstances
Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Downloadable resources and materials after download
- Physical art supplies or materials shipped to you
- One-on-one consultation fees
- Portfolio review services
- Administrative or processing fees
Chargeback Policy
If you file a chargeback with your credit card company instead of contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Access to all purchased courses will be revoked
- We will provide documentation to your credit card company showing you agreed to these terms
- You will not be eligible for any future refunds or exchanges
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
Gift Purchases
For courses purchased as gifts:
- The gift recipient may request a refund following the same policy
- Refunds for gifts will be issued to the original purchaser
- Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable
Transferring Enrollments
If you cannot attend a live class or masterclass:
- You may transfer to another session subject to availability
- Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the class
- Transfers are allowed once per enrollment
- A $15 administrative fee applies to transfers
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience:
- Serious illness or medical emergency
- Death in the family
- Natural disaster or emergency situation
- Deployment (military personnel)
